TNP, a company in cargo transportation and logistics, is grappling with challenges such as high employee turnover struggles to meet performance goals, both on an individual team level. The company’s rate exceeds its target, the overall Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement by High-Level Management remains below standard of 80%. This study aims improve situation analysing current KPI framework. High disrupts operations suggests satisfaction problems, while inconsistent indicates operational inefficiencies. utilizes various methods, including interviews Management, questionnaires for employees, analysis historical data. includes external internal evaluations, leading SWOT analysis, which contributes research findings. These findings highlight several areas enhancement. Proposed solutions involve implementing High-Performing Team (HPT) model, drawing inspiration from Wageman Hackman models. model thrives collaboration, utilizing collective skills surpass contributions. It emphasizes open communication, knowledge sharing, complementary address achievement. study’s significance lies potential guide TNP’s transformation. Through refining system addressing underlying concerns, provide actionable recommendations. Ultimately, that adopting high-performing could bridge existing gaps. By fostering collaborative culture coaching, potentially revolutionize logistics services also improving retention.
